Hi obsession
unfortunally i didnt buy the teardrop,as i had a long drive home, i picked it up from southampton,so i didnt fancy towing in a strange vehicle with not a lot of vision,so it will be just the car you will see ,one day....but in yellow and not black... does any one know were i can get a water pump from for a p6 3500 ???

Hi vw2v8,
Pity about the caravan, but hey the car has enough presence without it!
As for a P6 water pump Rimmer Brothers has them listed for about £64. Just look in the V8 section.

Hey VW whatsit, what's your name buddy, and where do you live?
We have been to the vw show , a couple of years ago (may be three or four).
I didn't know it by name though, just the vw show.
The details for our show are on the website home page. We hold it in Towyn in September.
We get about 300 cars and about 3000 punters, not BIG but a great show.
We have a FREE BBQ on Sat night for all exhibitors and it's a good social night with LOTS of beer!
You are welcome to join in with anything we have going on throughout the year. In fact why not join the club, we are a VERY informal club. We don't have a membership fee or subs, just turn up. Oh yes we collect a bit of loose change off all the guys each month to pay for the show BBQ but that's it.

AARRR Yes the chester show, we used to go to that one too.
The club has a good range of cars from my 47 ford truck to Adrians Charger.
A fair few moggies and british stuff pluss some 50's Chevy's and a few projects on the go throughout the club too, thay include a 55 Chevy,54 Chrysler sled, a Mustang, V8 moggie pick-up and a 32 roadster.
We have a couple of guys from the Dobshill area so if you came over you could join them for the run.
I like the 50's bugs especially the interiors, cool.
