Ritchies given me his number so i'll harass him shortly...
Meanwhile here's it all marked out on the steel sheet. Fiddly shapes due to trying to keep welding to a minimum. I've added flanges (tee hee) to overlap wherever it needs welding.
The dotted lines are where i'd like the ridges.

Slight change of plan-
It's gonna take weeks to get over to Bob's so i've asked around and Steve that does the powdercoating in Rhyl has a press that will stamp in the ridges i want. I need to redesign 'em a bit but he's gonna show me how to use it and i'll get bash it myself!
It'll also do all the folding, so that will save many hours of hammering and do a much neater job
Taking a couple of weeks out to refit our bathroom now so no progress reports for a bit

After much delay..... got the folding done
Unfortunately the attempt to put the ridges in the main panel knackered it 
I've cut out a new one and i'll go back to plan A and give Bob Black a ring, as soon as i get his number again

have got planned for the future, send me a selection of photographs to go with the
write-up. Have it on my desk no later than next week or there will be detention for
